Detailed Product Description

The product consists of carrying trap, pour-in box, wax-melting box and smoothing box. The wax liquor will be hold up to the filling head through the lift pump in the pour-in box and sent to the bottom of the pour-in box by the carrying trap. The pour-in valve will be open as soon as the photoswitch detect the container and the pour-in is over. The poured-in products will be cooling across the carrying trap and will be moved to the bottom of smoothing box if they dont need to be poured-in twice, in which the surface of the wax products will be smoothed to the best pour-in level (or put the smoothing box in front of the pour-in box to be as a pour-in container warming up). The product is suitable for the containers ≤Φ110mm to pour-in.
